Infrared Used In Mechanical Applications
The images on this page are actual images taken during mechanical
infrared surveys. Notice how the infrared image gives an instant image of
the condition of the equipment where the color image really gives no indication
at all. Similar to electrical inspections, the data collected
can be used to trigger a repair prior to an equipment failure.
